"Pèler".
It is characterized by very green aromas of grass, recalls to tea leaves and by thinner sensations of gradually increasing citrus.
In the mouth it is endowed with fine paste and opens on pleasant green notes, which soon give way to a decisive progression of bitter-spicy and to delicate aromas of leaf of tomatoes and green olives.
IN THE KITCHEN:
"Pelér" for its sharp spicy and fruity green notes, is suitable to garnish grilled red meat, beds, roasted meet of boiled, boiled vegetables, stockfish, fresh vegetable and soups.
