Thanks to the unique latitude of our territory and to the particular breezes that characterize it, Lake Garda and its hinterland enjoy a particular Mediterranean microclimate that makes it, since immemorial time, one of the most northerly olive groves cultivated area among the planet.

It is right here, at the foot of Mount Pizzoccolo, that we of the Az. Agricola "Il Giogo" grow our lush secular olive groves according to nature, to maintain and renew the natural and cultural heritage that has been handed down to us over the centuries.

From these wonderful plants, every year in October, we extract an extra virgin olive oil that collects the intensity of the aromas and flavors of these places, and the particular, unique and distinctive flavor.
