"Ostro" is an extra virgin olive oil made from the cultivars Grignano, Casaliva, Favarol, Moraiolo and Leccino.

Obtained in the first days of October (the first harvesting), when the olives begin to change color from green to ruby, to keep intact all the organoleptic and aromatic characteristics of the marvelous fruits of Valpolicella.

At the nose communicates a light scent that recalls citrus, almond, orange blossom. In the mouth the slight bitter tone is combined with a persistent and pleasant spicy, in harmony and equilibrium.

The fluidity, definetly fine, leaves a clean mouth with flavors of almond, pepper and flowers.

IN THE KITCHEN: "Ostro", thanks to its multi-purpose characteristics, goes well with every kind of dish, both with strong and delicate flavors.

But it is with the crackling grills that is particularly enhanced, the juicy meats become soft and golden at the same time expressing exceptional fragrance and flavor!
