Monocultivar Casaliva
"Ora" is a Monocultivar Casaliva that can boast complexity and good expressiveness.
Wide and complex on the nose, it opens up on inviting and intense green notes ranging from tomatoes, to field herbs and to green apples, including hints of white pepper.
On the palate it is delicate and coherent, with a sweet dough revived by a pleasant freshness given by a subtle spicy and a bitter dose that in the final, underlined by notes of green almond and oregano, remains a bit isolated.
IN THE KITCHEN: "Ora" is designed to pair well with fish appetizers, octopus carpaccio, marinated tuna and pike, first courses based on fish and shellfish; spinach salads, legume soups and porcini mushrooms.
