Obtained in the first ten days of October, with the olives still green and harvested from secular plants in our farm properties, it is processed within one hour of harvesting, with a process at extremely low temperatures, this means that the essence of the aromas and aromas are released creating the Brezza oil.
The nose communicates aromas reminiscent of citrus, almond, orange blossom.
In the mouth the slight bitter tone of the artichoke is combined with a pleasant spicy, in harmony and balance. Fluid, fine, extremely clean in the mouth.
IN THE KITCHEN: thanks to its characteristics, it is suitable for seasoning any dish particularly suitable for meat dishes.
