Inspired by the wind from which it takes its name, "Ostro Verde" is an extra virgin olive oil made from the cultivars Grignano, Casaliva, Favarol, Moraiolo and Leccino.
At the nose communicates a light scent that recalls citrus, almond, orange blossom.
In the mouth the slight bitter tone is combined with a persistent and pleasant spicy, in harmony and equilibrium.
